Registration Flyer for 2024-25

Register Your Child for the 2024-25 School Year

Registration is now open for returning and new Kindergarten – 12th grade students in the BISD Ascender Parent Portal program. A valid email address for parent/guardian is required. If you have not previously set up a parent portal account, instructions can be found here.

NOTES:

  • Pre-K Three and Pre-K Four registration information will be sent to parents of qualifying students after the Pre-enrollment qualifying form on the Baird ISD website is submitted.
  • Students who wish to transfer into Baird ISD, must first fill out the Non-Resident Student Transfer Application form. Once that has been approved by administration, you may begin registration through the parent portal. 

 

Documentation REQUIRED FOR ALL  Elementary/Secondary NEW TO THE DISTRICT registration: 

  • Child’s Original Birth Certificate  (Order a certified birth certificate at Texas.gov)
  • Current Proof of Residency (electric bill, water bill, or lease agreement) BISD will not accept cable, phone, gas, etc.
  • Immunization Records (Required Immunizations)
  • Child’s Original Social Security Card
  • Parent/Guardian valid/unexpired government issued photo id, such as passport, driver’s license or state ID.
