On Campus Learning

On-campus learning is traditional, face-to-face learning with students and teachers in the classroom.

Beginning on November 9, 2020, On-campus learning will only be the only option for students who do not meet one of the following criteria:

  • The student is required to quarantine because of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or exposure to a contagious individual.
  • The student is required to remain at home because of a medical condition unrelated to the COVID-19 virus.
  • The student lives in a home with a medically fragile individual.
  • The student lives in a home with an individual over the age of 65

Is On-Campus Learning Safe?

While no protocols can guarantee that a child will not be exposed to the COVID-19 virus, the steps that have been taken by the district to ensure the safety of our students have been successful to this point.  Several staff members have contracted the COVID-19 virus and been placed in quarantine, but no student has been infected.  To date, the district has no student cases of COVID-19.
